 Thankyou for helping to achieve the sale of 'Moana'. We did talk to other agencies and chose Ray White, mostly due to the candid approach of Liz Morrall. During our initial discussions, your combined estimate was suggested at a sales result between $2.4m - $2.6m. We achieved $2.55m. Right bang in the middle + $50k.

We are currently preparing another property in Mona Vale over the next 12 months and once we are ready for market, we will seriously consider using the same marketing approach as used for 1 Frazer Street, Collaroy.

I answer your phone message at about 3.00pm, your line is busy so I leave a message. Thinking twice, I decide to back up the call with an email somewhere around 3-4.00 pm. At 5;10pm,I receive a call from the plumber to arrange a suitable time to make the repairs. At 7.15 this morning, all is complete and everything has been repaired. That I call truly professional.  As a family, we want to express our gratitude to Ray White and its team in respect to the management of our properties, particularly in respect of their recent sales processes.
The sales were part of a winding up of my mother's estate and due to some special requirements the preparation of the properties for sale involved a considerable amount of extra work and skill from Zoe Radford and for that we are really appreciative.
In respect of the Mona Vale property, we wished to establish a deal for the tenant to maintain the property in top presentation and be available for 'opens for inspection' and other inspection appointments. This also involved changing the terms of tenancy and notice in our favour. The bones of this deal were vetted by Zoe, documented and quickly put into place. Additionally, we needed to undertake some works in terms of a new deck door, painting and other repairs to the unit, all of which were completed quickly and effectively with minimum disruption to the tenants.
For the Newport property, we were delayed in getting the marketing started and had a situation where if the tenants exercised their right to remain for the full period of notice, we would have missed the pre-Christmas market and this was especially relevant with interest rate increases being widely publicised.
For her part, Zoe negotiated an earlier departure by the tenant which allowed us time to paint and style the unit and sell it well. Her involvement here extended to securing vacant possession and facilitating the quoting and re-painting of the unit and communicating well with all parties.
For both properties she also completed the exit inspections and refund of bonds and had the buyers sign off on the property condition before releasing the tenants.
All of Zoe's work was carried out efficiently, competently and in a very helpful manner with her friendly disposition. I have dealt with property managers for 45 years and was most impressed.
We are grateful that Ray White made this quality of service available and it was particularly helpful in our circumstances.

 We bought a unit just over a month ago (3/62-64 Kenneth Rd Manly Vale), as first home buyers in a hectic market and at end of financial year we were grateful to have Liz as the agent.

In April this year we decided to sell our townhouse located in Warriewood NSW. However, after almost 5 months in the hands of that sales agent NOT ONE offer had been received, an extremely disappointing result.
